The Center offers six-week Introduction to Meditation Courses throughout the year. These courses are especially suited to those beginning a meditation practice or those trying to further develop a meditation discipline. Taught by experienced practitioners in the three traditions, the courses offer a range of introductory meditation methods. A good place to get started!
