COVID Precautions: Masks are now optional in the Center. We are no longer requiring vaccination for Center visitors. We will continue to use the HEPA filter and open windows, weather permitting.

It can often be a daunting task to get yourself to the Dharma Center and begin Meditation Practice, even after you have inspired yourself to begin or to begin again! There may be a feeling of ambiguity about how things work here and just how you might gain some understanding of what to do once you walk through the door. That’s what Orientation is designed to address, it’s the first step.

During this one-hour introduction, you’ll receive an orientation to the center and basic meditation practice with pertinent information on how to proceed from there.
