Evening Open Meditation: 7:00 – 7:30 PM Monday – Thursday
Saturday Zen Meditation/Practice: Saturdays – 7:30 – 9:30 am (includes chanting and discussion)
Sunday Vipassana Meditation/Practice: Sundays – 8:00–9:30 am (includes chanting and discussion)
Sunday Vajrayana Meditation/Practice: 2nd and 4th Sundays 11:00 – 11:40 am
Orientation: 2nd and 4th Mondays 7:45 pm
We provide an orientation to the Center and basic instruction in meditation, the most universal Buddhist practice.

Mindful Work Practice: Second weekend of each month, following Saturday Zen or Sunday Vipassana practice. Work practice is a mindfulness and awareness practice in silence. Working for about 30 minutes in the garden and in the house is a wonderful opportunity to support and sustain the Center while engaging in practice off the cushion.
Lending Library: Open immediately before and after meditations or other events.
