The gardens are open. All are welcome to do walking meditation or bring a chair to do seated meditation.

Morning Open Meditation: 7:007:40 am Weekdays MondayFriday; TUESDAYS:  8:15 – 8:45 AM 

Evening Open Meditation: 7:007:40 pm Sunday through Thursday, except  during special events. No evening Meditation on Friday and Saturday.

Saturday Zen Meditation/Practice: Saturdays – 7:30 am (includes chanting and discussion)

Sunday Vipassana Meditation/Practice: Sundays – 8:009:30 am (includes chanting and discussion)

Orientation: Second and Fourth Mondays every month – 7:45  9:00 pm
We provide an orientation to the Center and basic instruction in meditation, the most universal Buddhist practice.

Mindful Work Practice: Second weekend of each month, following Saturday Zen or Sunday Vipassana practice.  Work practice is a mindfulness and awareness practice in silence. Working for about 30 minutes in the garden and in the house is a wonderful opportunity to support and sustain the Center while engaging in practice off the cushion.

Lending Library: Open immediately before and after meditations or other events.
