Half Day Silent Meditation Retreat

Sunday, January 29th, 8:00 AM – Noon

We will begin with our hour-long Vipassana sit and metta chant. The retreat will continue with alternating sessions of 20 minutes of walking and 40 minutes of sitting meditation. We will conclude with sharing the merit. It’s an opportunity to deepen your practice.
