Half Day Silent Meditation Retreat
Sunday, December 31, 8:00 AM – Noon
Enjoy some silence and reflection in community this holiday season. We will begin with an hour-long Vipassana sit and metta chant, followed by alternating sessions of 20 minutes of walking, inside or outside, and 40 minutes of sitting meditation.
