Half Day Silent Meditation Retreat

Sunday, Oct. 30 at 8:00 am – noon

We will start with our usual one-hour Vipassana sit and Metta chant. We will continue with alternating sessions of 20 minutes of walking meditation and 40 minutes of sitting meditation. The morning concludes with a chant to share the merit. Participants may sit in the meditation hall, or outside in the garden. If you wish to sit outside please bring a folding chair or cushion. Masks highly recommended while inside.
